Completely Misleading – Very Disappointed

This hotel provides misleading information about important details. We were only informed after booking that the parking is supposedly 250 meters away, but in reality it is over 500 meters. This is a major difference and far from what was implied. Due to this false information, we had to cancel our reservation. Despite the inaccurate details, we were charged a cancellation fee. This feels unfair and unacceptable. I strongly advise future guests to carefully check all details before booking this property. Very disappointing experience.

Clean, comfortable hotel at good location. The hotel offers a free parking space.

At 1:30 a.m., the fire alarm was activated. For a long time—about half an hour—my husband and a guest from the apartment could not figure out how to deactivate it. No one answered the contact phone number, and our child was very frightened. Also, no one informed us that there would be no breakfast on Sunday; we were only told at checkout.

A beautiful small hotel in a nice area in Belgrade!

It’s a small full renovated hotel with comfortable rooms and a free parking lot. The staff was very friendly and everything went smoothly in our stay. Zemun area is super nice so I fully recommended it for your next stay in Belgrade!

The breakfast was supposed to start at 7am but we left at 7:15 and it was still empty, so we could not take it as we needed to leave for the airport.

Boutique hotel, very comfortable room and bathroom with extremely comfortable beds and bedding. Cleanliness is at an enviable level.

The TV receiver was not working in the room. The iron provided is extremely poor quality and cannot properly press clothes. The breakfast is exceptionally bad; the hot food is overcooked and/or burnt.

A welcoming hotel with a staff that makes you feel like home.

The staff was exceptional, especially the room keeping lady (Sanja). She made it possible for us to have an early check in, all with smiles, what a positive hard working person. Id like to also mention the reception lady who treated us good, made the whole check in process smooth and easy, much needed when you have a long drive. Overall, from 0-100, Id rate the staff 110! Fantastic people. Our room was spacious and CLEAN, fresh smelling towels, and well made bed. Clean kitchen, glasses, spoons, we could use them without any doubt. Constant hot water, well kept Air Condition. Overall a nice concept hotel, well done to the architect and investor! Hotel location is perfect, close to the city, but very very quiet! Close by the river, nice café's, nice restaurants, basically you can walk and do sightseeing. Id go back.

Very good

Wonderful new hotel in heart of old town Zemun. Perfect location, very easy to discover and explore neighbourhood on foot. Plenty of restaurants and cafes around, as well as river quay where you can enjoy romantic evening/morning stroll. Hotel is very comfortable with great bed and shower. There is a free parking as well.

Worst experience in my lifetime

Nothing.

It was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. We arrived at the hotel and there was no staff at all. No one to help us with our luggage or even to check in. We waited an hour to solve this. We paid around 75 euros for the hotel for a night, and 25 euros a day for parking our car. There's no safe place to park outside. Breakfast was terrible; the milk was spoiled, and we were poisoned, my wife found hair in food. It was truly dirty and inadequate. I recommend you to take my warnings into consideration and to skip this hotel.

The breakfast wasn’t good. Very disappoint

Location was good. A lot of restaurants were walking distance.

The breakfast was a disappointment, especially after reading the Reviews. We were waiting for more, the cup were dirty (5 out of 8 cups), the coffee machine didn’t have milk, the bread was extremely dry and so were the cooked eggs (in round shape). We couldn’t eat anything. The cleaning wasn’t also the best. We could still see handprints on the bedroom door, the cleaning in the bathroom was ok at best. We had a kitchen in our room, but couldn’t even use if we wanted to, there were neither silverware nor cooking utensils. We couldn’t even make a cup of tea, as there was not even one tea bag at the water cooker. The water cooker was completely white from all the calc, it also showed that nobody cleaned it. Overall very disappoint. Beautiful Hotel but needs a lot of improvement.

Needs improvemt

I asked for king size bed and got two side by side bed

The room was clean and spacious. Some common things that should be standard for a 4 star hotel are missing. The TV is Android (which is ok) but without access to local TV, the fridge is switched off and empty, we ordered dinner from outside the hotel, there are no cutlery in the room... small details that spoil the quality. When reserving the room through Booking, I emphasized that the payment is on the spot, this was not observed, they took the money from the account themselves. Otherwise, very nice location and pleasant staff. Because of such things, they reduce a good impression.

Hotel is great and modern

No staff on at any point in my stay - automated check in is efficient but the stay felt very cold - no staff on check out and I was lucky I had local friends to help me organise a taxi to airport.

Zajtrk je zelo skromen, jajca na oko plastična, hladna, kruh delno suh, drobljiv. Ni bilo masla ampak margarina. Brez peciva, piškota ali podobnega. 2 vrsti salame in 2 vrsti sira, paštete, kosmiči in semena(dobro). Razočarana glede na sloves srbske kuhinje. Prvi dan je zajtrk zamujal za skoraj eno uro. Brez dobrodošlice (pijača ali sadje).

Завтрак мог бы быть чуть разнообразнее, уверена, что в прекрасном Белграде - это возможно! Расположение выбирала специально, хотелось прогуляться в старом городе и по набережной - все получилось.

Заказывала большой номер с двумя кроватями - заселили в стандарт с одной. Объяснили, что при заказе через Booking, у них нет возможности увидеть мой заказ……🤔 Если бы останавливались на больший срок, однозначно бы договорились о переселении в нужный номер. Надеюсь.

Der Hoteleigene Parkplatz ist leider 250m vom Hotel entfernt. Man kann aber nach Absprache zum be und entladen in den Hof. Die Toilettentür war etwas schwierig.
