Hotel Flaneur

We stayed at Flaneur Hotel for five nights and had a pleasant overall experience, mainly because of its excellent location. The hotel is in a quiet part of Zemun, just a short walk from the beautiful riverside promenade with plenty of cafés and restaurants. There is also a bus stop nearby with convenient connections to Belgrade’s city center. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a little on the small side, and the toiletries provided were fairly basic, but everything was tidy and well maintained when we arrived. The breakfast was also quite good on the days it was available…

Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Although the reception is officially open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., there were several occasions when nobody was at the front desk during those hours. One morning, breakfast was not available at all!! We also wanted to use the sauna, but there was no staff member around to ask or assist us. Another downside was that our room was not serviced during our entire five-night stay. Towels were never changed, shower gel was not refilled, and there was no housekeeping.

Ingen personal å se på hotellet. Hotellet har egentlig ikke eget parkering. Man blir henvist 250m lenger ned i gaten.
