room size, not critical, but the desk could be a bit bigger

No había un microhondas

The hotel was perfectly in line with my expectations. The staff has been very kind and the position was perfect for my stay in Belgrade. The room was big enough for one person.

The room would have been probably quite small for two people, but manageable; The window overlooked the rear of the building, which seemed like an abandoned place, but this made it very quiet.

The staff was polite, and the location is great

The room didn't have a tea kettle so you can boil water, even if you bring your own tea or coffee. The only thing in the room was a capsule coffee machine that had two coffee capsules laying on the top of machine and a little cupboard at the bottom with 10 different capsules for tea and coffee. Since the original two capsules weren't replaced by cleaning staff I assumed that those capsules in the bottom cupboard were free. Because why would you let your guest who's staying for 7 days live with only tap water? But of course during checkout I was notified that the capsules in the cupboard weren't free, and they made me pay additional 10 euros. Of course no one notified me about this fact when I arrived. They did notify me about mini bar, but 0 words were said about the capsules. I was even encouraged to use the coffee machine because it was "at my service". And no disclaimer was placed anywhere that those cost additional money. I think it is done on purpose to fraud the tourists out of their money. Very dishonest.
