Although the customer service upon check-in was friendly, the rest of the stay did not go very well. We were not informed that in order to get daily room service we must request it. I requested this on the second day of our three night stay and they never came. Our garbage piled up. The sheets and bedding never got made, towels were never changed, and the room had a musty smell. We did have more towels brought down, but for a three night stay I think this was unacceptable with no proper housekeeping. Breakfast was OK, but the hours were so short during the week there were numerous families that came just after 9 AM and missed out on breakfast. I think it should stay open till 9:30 AM at least. We are frequent travellers and have stayed in many hotels. This was an unpleasant stay overall.

I booked 4 nights here because I was having my house tented for fumigation. I brought my 2 dogs and lots of stuff from home. The front desk is really wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. The room is nice for a few days. It's not a full kitchen, no oven, and not very much utensils. The plus was it had a full size refrigerator. I opted to not have my room made up everyday, but to just have the garbage emptied and new towels. The only complaint is not anything while at the facilities. It's that they do not answer the phone sometimes. overall, it was a pleasant stay
