The hotel appears great from outside, but not inside. Receptionist can’t find our names, also ask for confirmation, which we paid in full through Agoda and show her the booking #. The hotel phone didn’t work in the room. We have to come to front desk to request the repair and WiFi code (forgot to provide us when checked in). Ice maker is broken on our floor. Many phone calls later finally get through the so-called 24hr room service and the orders we like were not available and was informed to order something else. We have to go to hotel restaurant to get Togo. No place to lay down the luggage. The bed sides on the hardwood floor when touching it. The space outside the shower has no door and is open to the living area and the floor is flooded with water seeping through the gap between the shower door and floor. Everything is controlled by tiny touch buttons, which cannot see without bending over. When turning on the house cleaning service, the privacy light also on. We have to call the front desk several times to finally get the room cleaned. We gave up for the 2nd day cleaning by getting our towels and toilet paper from the cleaning lady standing outside our room. Hotel staffs are rude, one of them is even squeezing in front of us to get into the revolving door. The stuffs are trying to blame us for not knowing which button to push and telling us it’s normal to not have the full menu when calling room service, while we were checking out and made some comments.

Booked because I loved the rooftop bar, 3 nights in a row private event with no availability for hotel guests. TV are not smart TV (couldn’t believe it). Room with 24h lounge access, lounge only offers water, coffee ( I had it in the room) and cookies. Anywhere else you have some sort of 24h breakfast and alcohol drinks. The bed was made up so bad every day, looked like somebody else slept there before me. It’s a shame because the hotel looks great. Poorly managed
