We arrived before check in time around 8:30am and receptionist Maria offer us a free breakfast while waiting for our room. So kind of her as we were soaking wet due to rain and after 15 hrs flight. We waited after breakfast and Maria manage to arrange a room as early as 11:30am. We were so thankful

I was worried after I had booked reading some of the reviews. When I arrived I was so happy with the room, the location - staff provided an easy map to catch buses and the train is also so close by to catch. There is a supermarket nearby and a few minutes down the road eating places to choose from. The room was very clean, had a balcony and a fantastic view over Rome. Breakfast had so many choices and I had dinner one night there which was lovely. Would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you for a great experience.

The hotel felt like a 19th-century four-star building, but unfortunately the stay did not match the charm. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the room didn't even have a proper comforter. Despite being renovated, there was no Wi-Fi in the room, and even worse - no mobile signal, so using our own 5G connection was impossible. Definitely not the experience we expected.
