Other than the extremely slow check in and the lack of towels in our room, this hotel and the surrounding facilities were amazing. It made it so easy to have fun and enjoy with the kids, despite the windy and rainy weather. The hotel was beautiful and so well designed and decorated. The rooms were modern and comfortable. Lots of variety of food, drink and entertainment. The pool was busy but lots of fun. We’ll definitely be back.

Hotel was nice but so random that it was located in London. The hotel was beautiful but really quiet, not too many guests staying there. We loved the pool and jacuzzi. There weren’t many food choices within the hotel and surrounding areas, mostly pub food and selection was not great. Activities at the factory were closed for most of the day and we weren’t able to enjoy those activities unfortunately.

This type of hotel should train their staff what true 5 star experience is. The check in is staffed with people answering phone vs checking in guest. Hire a receptionist. Parking is free but hard to understand the site plan. Staff is stand offish.
