Staff was nice. Bed was comfy. Come with everything needed.

The room was totally renovated with laminate floor, ceramic tiles in bathroom and brand new furniture. A small fridge and a microwave are provided. Room price is very reasonable. Restaurants and shops are nearby. Complementary coffee is served at the check-in area between 9 and 11 am. The only drawback is the neighborhood. Saw a couple of homeless and mentally ill men walking down the street in front of the property, but posed no danger.
    8.8 / 10Excellent·Jun 2026
We were pleasantly surprised the room is spotless clean, with sufficient parking for each unit. It was only inconvenient to get drinking water as it meant having to ring the bell to be let in before getting access to the drinking water. The place is a very short walk from the Gibraltar Weekend Market, cafes, fast food, restaurant, and drugstore. Booking via Agoda does not support hotel contact through their platform. When inquiring through Knights Inn website, it directs to the main platform which was quick to acknowledge receipt but would need to further endorse to the cornerned branch, which could take 24-48 hours. Be sure to coordinate specific requests early. Would definitely book here again if looking for just a place to sleep while in London.
