    I loved this hostel. The staff—Jessica, the young man who cleans the place and the elderly man serving tea—are warm and welcoming. They offer free coffee and tea, and service is great. It’s under new management, so do consider supporting them. The only downside: crossing the bridge can be tiring if you carry heavy luggage. Early mornings here also bring plenty of nice sights to see. I will definitely stay again when I return to Hanoi.

    Diligent boss and excellent service—this is the best hostel I’ve tried in Vietnam. Very hospitable, with free drinks and fruit. The thoughtful touches here are unique and really show great care. Well done!
