    Comfortable accommodation. Comfortable bed. Very small bathroom which was a challenge to manoeuvre. Very good buffet breakfast

    The major district for shopping and restaurants is immediately accessible. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for the location and check in was simple and expedient. Would recommend.

    Chose this hotel for the price and location near to bus stop 13, where my multi-day tour pick up is located. Iceland hotel price is high and this is a reasonably priced triple room. Room is small but clean. Has coffee and tea making facilities. Shower area is small and the floor gets wet and flooded after each bath, something you can put up with for one night but maybe not for a longer stay. Breakfast is continental and adequate.

    Inattentive uncaring receptionists. Very clear they had no interest in providing help or information. Breakfast and housekeeping staffs were great. Shower was difficult to use and bit flood the bathroom. Heat didn’t work. They either never ur it took weeks to get replies to my emails/mssgs in advance of our arrival.
