Kali kedua stay. Memang suka dengan tempat ni. Sangat strategic. Dekat dengan dobi, kedai makan, ada servay express dekat bawah. Senang hidup. Bilik pun luas dan owner bagi saya bilik yg 1st sy menginap dulu. Which is very understanding. 1 katil queen, 1 katil king. Sesuai untuk family.

Pros : Perfect location for those who need to explore Kubota Sentral area. Walking distance to lots of eateries, banks, night life entertainment (pubs and karaoke) and convenience shops/24 hr supermarket.
Cons : Basic amenities, need to use staircase to reach the room at 1st floor.
