    Pros: - very spacious room - water heater working well - has body and hair shampoo, including toothbrush. That’s all. - ample parking lots - a few eateries nearby - CINEMA NEXT DOOR Cons: - aircond on far end of the spacious room, takes time to cool the room. Almost an hour+ - restricted lift usage, only allowed once to go up to second floor due to bringing in luggage. Had to go up and down stairs to our room at second floor throughout the stay. This was not highlighted in Agoda description - zero soundproofing. Literally can clearly hear rude guests talking loudly, coughing and walking at the hallway. Slamming door sounded like thunder - next door is a CINEMA, read again: A CINEMA. Our room is the farthest end at second floor, which is the NEXT TO THE CINEMA. Very loud sound from the cinema from morning until midnight, affecting our sleep. Also not mentioned in Agoda description - ZERO INTERNET. Facility mentioned Internet included, but zero Internet during two days stay. Reported this to staff two days in the row, nothing changed. Very very disappointing - ZERO TV SHOW. TV is smart TV, no Internet, no show. Had to rely on our own smartphones for entertainment. Very very very disappointing - poor cleaning and housekeeping services. Not done well and glasses are not washed at all Summary: If you come here to rest and relax at the room, please consider other hotel. If you plan to spend whole day outside and just came to room for shower and sleep like a log, please go ahead. All the best.

    1st time when i stay here, everything was okay. The room is okay, the facility is okay. Then second time, idk whether it is the owner or what, she start being rude to customer. The third time, i cannot ignore anymore because she is so rude and force us not to use elevator because it is expensive lah and what not. Only allow to use elevator like once for the wholr day. Complain about how expensive is to maintain the lift maintainence when to me likr it is my fault? I am a paying customer for god sake
