    Sebenanrnya byk kali kmi menginap di hotel ini. Tp, semalam mcm kmi kena scam. Saya book melalui agoda. Jenis bilik dan katil dah pilih n masa itu available. Dah settle byr n konfem. Kami cekin jam 7.00 mlm mcm tu sebb kmi ada urusan diluar. Plan kmi mmg cekin lewat n trus rehat. Bila cekin, bilik kami n jenis katil yg kami mahu sold out. Saya nak bilik non smoking, dorg bagi kami bilik smoking di tingkat 1. Sy x nk n mahu tukar. Lps tu dorg tukar p bilik tingkt 2 tetapi katil twin. Dalam booking bilik non smoking, queen dan seaview. Kami tanya knp bgitu, jwpn staff dahulukan yg walkin. Agak kecewa ya. Sy book awal sebb nak dapat kan bilik yg kami mahu dan masa itu available, tpi bila cekin sold out. Sakittttt hati. Suami sy nak marah dah. Tp, sy kata, sabarla… malam ni ja. Sgt sakit hati bila staf cakap mereka dahulukan walkin. Apa bezanya ya. Kami pun suda byr dan konfem. Nak cakap sapa yg dulu, mmg la kami. Sedih la ni hotel yg kami selalu menginap. Tiba2 dapat layanan pengurusan hotel yg sangat sangat sakit hati. Sy harap, lepas ni, ada yg bertemu buku dengan ruas. Last la utk city garden. Im not staying there anymore.

    Overall the air conditioner is very cooling. Just that the bathroom ventilation is bad and smells damp. On the other hand, the staff were walking outside of the windows, which made me feel no privacy during the stay. No slippers given throughout the stay.
