Overall the hotel is quite okay for a 2 or 3 star hotel. They changed the TV set to an android TV. However, furniture, cabinet, mattress and bathroom are old and need maintenance. The floor carpet would definitely need a change cos it looks very dirty (dirty patches) and black. The curtains by the window also need a change as it seems like it has never been washed for ages.

Hi, I would like to highlight a few issues with the room:
1. The floor smells musty, and the areas along the walls are dirty. There are also some iron stains on the floor.
2. The curtains have several holes and are dirty.
3. I requested additional bath soap, as there was only one bar of soap and one bottle of shampoo provided. However, the staff seemed not very responsive to my request.
4. The TV has visible lines on the screen when it is turned on.
5. The toilet has yellowish stains in the corners, and no bathroom slippers were provided.
6. The room phone is not working at all.
I hope these issues can be addressed as soon as possible. Thank you.
