    The name of this hostel is not match with the location. I followed the address and went to the location if show Safe Stay. There has a paper showing Equity Point Prague in front the entrance. Then i go inside and I ask the lady staff at the counter. She is SO RUDE TO ME, She said very loud, THIS IS NOG MY HOSTEL. YOU CAN CHECK THE NAME HERE(pointing the counter) multiple time WITHOUT LISTENS TO ME. she don't respect people

    We had a private room. Was perfect. Clean and quiet and right in the centre of town.

    I booked a shared room with three bunk beds and was assigned one of the upper beds (121.2) that had no ladder attached. When I asked the front desk(male) how I was supposed to climb up, the staff told me to remove a ladder from another bunk and use it temporarily, saying they would order a new one. Later that evening, I returned to find that another guest had moved the ladder back to their bunk. When I reported it again, the front desk staff was rude, dismissive, and blamed me instead of helping. He told me to “just move it again,” even though the ladder was fixed tightly and made noise that could disturb other guests. The situation was handled very unprofessionally, and there was no concern for guest safety or comfort. Because of the staff’s rude attitude, I decided to pack my things and check out early without staying the night. Management should take this matter seriously and train staff to treat guests respectfully and ensure all bunks have proper ladders for safety.
