The serhice of the hotel is very specisl, especially Yunanita and Eka (FO) Anom and Lena (Resto). They were able to serve us in a special way.

Great place for peace and serenity! Padi fields just outside your balcony for the quiet morning coffee and spacious rooms. The staff are incredibly attentive as always and they do ensure that you are well taken for. About 20-40mins away from the city centre depending on traffic.

We really love this hotel, the room with the views to the rices was amazing! Very private and cozy. The attention of Puspa was also great.

The hotel itself was beautiful — overlooking the rice fields was definitely a plus. The pool was nice too, though a bit smaller (and narrower) than it looked in the pictures, but still enjoyable nonetheless. Overall, my stay was perfectly fine… until the incident. On the second day of my stay, a cleaner saw me taking one of the towels out of my room as I was heading to a waterfall that day, so I thought I’d bring one with me in case I needed to dry off. I eventually brought it back to the hotel, as I should. Then I received a phone call asking if I had taken a towel with me, and I said yes. They then asked if I had brought it back — again, yes. The next day, I noticed I didn’t get new small towels (the face cloths). No big deal — I let it slide. But on checkout day, the staff asked again whether I had taken the small towel (which I never did — the one I took was the medium one) and if I remembered where I put it. I told them I never took the small one; it was the medium one that I borrowed and returned. At that point, I had to mention that I hadn’t received any new face cloths since day two. I felt quite offended that they not only placed their own oversight on me but also subtly implied that I might have stolen their towel. I guess we’ll never know where the small towel went. But one thing’s for sure: I did return the one I took, and they stopped supplying me with new small towels after the second day — then tried to question me about where they went, LOL. The mysterious case of the missing towel remains unsolved.
