The villa was beautiful blending classy modern touches with natural beauty of lush jungle outdoors. Very clean. Breakfast delivered daily by gracious staff. Food was ok. The staff were very welcoming and did everything they could to please guests Only issues were running out of hot water to shower at night, no gym on site, no luggage racks and bathroom layout (shower and toilet together made for single use). Minor in comparison to accommodations. Would recommend

We had a great stay here! Pros: 1. Staff were very warm and welcoming. Every single one of them was so nice and did their best to make our stay comfortable. I can’t mention this enough. Loved the turn down service, the little bedtime stories left on the bench, and they even cleaned/dried the toilet floor for us while we were out! 2. Views were great, and the villa was beautiful! 3. We had everything we needed, aromatherapy in the room, quality amenities, a hot tub + jacuzzi, private infinity pool, and we could also binge watch Netflix in the comfort of the room. 4. Food was good, we enjoyed our breakfast options! 5. Pleasantly surprised to find that there were little insects inside the villa, even though we were in the jungle/valley. You hear some lizards and bugs outside but it was completely fine for us. 6. We each had 1 big soft pillow, and a smaller but firmer pillow. You should be able to use what you need. I’ve found that most hotels have very soft pillows but I was happy to have a firmer pillow to sleep on. Cons: Nothing really. Only thing to note is that there are steps all around the property, if you have mobility issues, this wouldn’t be the best place for you, as already highlighted by the property. Thank you so much!

This was our second time here , and as always everything was perfect especially siwa who helped us with everything and also all the other staff were super helpful as well. Siwa i hope you have a happy year ahead and also will definitely miss you ,tc - Dd & poshan

Best stay i have ever had in Bali, staff was amazing and location is great. View from villa was spectacular. I would recommend and would be staying there again.❤️❤️
