Stayed for 7 nights at Sanna Ubud - it was excellent. The Staff were the highlight making our stay fantastic. Leonk made sure we were looked after. Risma and Pande spoiled us in the Restaurant which was superb for breakfast or dinner. We had a small issue with our room and the hotel went above and beyond to rectify. You never need to leave but if you like Ubud town is about 20 minutes away by car or shuttle. Definitely recommend this Hotel you will not be disappointed. One of the true 5 star Hotels I have stayed in.

Our stay at Sanna Ubud Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. We stayed in the Butler Valley Pool Villa which was spacious, clean and overall lovely. The private pool was beautiful with views over the jungle. It would have been better if the pool was heated but still amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the serene and peaceful atmosphere that instantly made us feel at home. Nestled above the jungle with breathtaking views, the hotel itself feels like a hidden sanctuary. One of the most memorable features was the unique birdcage elevator that descends into the jungle, an incredible and unforgettable experience. The spa services were absolutely beautiful, offering the perfect setting to relax and recharge while surrounded by nature. Dining was another highlight, with fine cuisine that was both creative and delicious. Every evening, we were delighted to find small touches waiting for us in our room, assorted chocolates, sweet pastries, and other little treats that added a sense of magic to our stay. The staff were exceptional in every way. Warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, they went above and beyond to make us feel special. The butler service was outstanding, organising taxis, a private sightseeing tour, and even including thoughtful extras like a cool box with cold water and refreshing towels during our excursions. It’s these small gestures that truly set Sanna Ubud apart. This hotel is personal, inviting, and luxurious in the most heartfelt way. We cannot recommend it highly enough and would absolutely love to return.
