Sebetulnya hotelnya bagus dengan pemandangan langsung gunung dan danau batur. Harga stay di sini walaupun high season terbilang cukup worth it. Tapi karena di sini daerah perkebunan menggunakan pupuk organik, jadi banyak sekali lalat, yang bisa masuk ke kamar. Tambahan juga, staff cukup ramah namun kurang terlatih untuk pelayanannya, seperti kelupaan mengganti handuk saat membersihkan kamar. Kebersihan di hotel juga kurang, di pagi hari banyak sekali bangkai laron yang belum dibersihkan

Sprei kamar ada darah2, keliatan ga di cuci, bau pesing juga kasurnya. Restoran banyak banget lalat, ke kamar juga bnyak lalat. Wifi ga nyampe ke kamar saya, udah coba reach out tapi ga ada solusi cuma dibilang bakal datang cek tapi ga ada ngecek. Beli makan juga di resto dan mau payment tapi harganya diubah2 ga sesuai sama harga di menu, aku sadarnya karna sempat merhatiin harga di menu dan di tab payment mereka.
