    The hotel was exceptionally clean and located in the absolute best spot for exploring the city in a single day. The staff were super lovely and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

    A wonderful hotel near the center of Naples, the staff were very friendly and helpful and all the facilities provided by the hotel were top notch. My only complaint is the shower had a hard time keeping water in but everything else was great!

    Room was a good size. Staff were very nice. Interior of building feels like cheap student accomodation or some sort of rehab facility. Bathroom very poorly designed - shower flooded the entire room, every time, and there was no way to drain it. Toilet blocked on arrival. Staff did sort it out. All the toiletries were empty on arrival, and didn’t get filled during our 3 night stay despite having asked. The area around the train station, where the hotel is located, is really really grim. You need to walk 15 minutes to get anywhere that doesn’t feel seriously dangerous. Not a suitable location to stay for a solo; female; or nervous traveller.
