    Cloud9 Resort offers a serene and fantastic location, accompanied by prompt, courteous service and surprisingly good food with a nice breakfast spread (contrary to some past reviews). However, the resort feels slightly overpriced for the amenities provided, and the menu prices are on the higher side. The main letdown was that the bathtub had no hot water, rendering it completely useless during the chilly monsoon season. Overall, it’s a lovely stay for the atmosphere and hospitality, but room amenities like hot water need urgent attention to justify the cost.

    Overall property is big and beautiful special in rainy season. Food was good but little costly. There is only veg menu. Recommend

    It’s highly overpriced. Room service is very poor. No one picks up 9 number (reception) even during normal hours. Restaurant is good. Food in restaurant was very good. Limited breakfast options. Security guards are very helpful and kind. You could not extract shower gel or shampoo from the boxes provided in the bathroom. It seems intentionally they kept very small hole so that it can come in drops. It’s very frustrating.
