I do like the cliffs but it needs a bit of a refurb and up dating the breakfast was good but dinner always felt like it was reheated and one time it was supposed to be beef stew and all I got was a large bit of puff pastry and two tiny pieces of stew it was terrible.

Best part of the deal was the dining arrangements, with buffet style starters and desserts, allowing free choice of which to choose and how many and quantity. This gave a much better value for money choice than the majority of similar style hotels in Blackpool.
The pool area was also well presented and encouraged usage of that facility.
First time staying at the Cliffs, but would not be worried about returning in the future.

Great for kids loved the pool and the kids club was great .our room was a bit small for a family of 4 and quite hard to get to with a pram. Other than that staff were nice . The food was ok we didn't go all inclusive it was expensive £28 per adult for the evening meal alone but there maybe deals to be had when you book . We went as a nostalgic visit from our youth . We would go again.
