Chito's Hotel

Nice place

The location is good as it is near a mall and market. It also has a good parking space. However, the shower and faucet are rusty and the water smells. The linen and pillow cases have stains and looks unclean. The room has a musky smell. They might need to consider renovating the place. Not recommended for long stays.

Showers is rusty, water is a bit salty? Idk what is that? Maybe it needs maintenance, but if your looking for just a place to sleep then maybe this would work

PROS 1. Late night Staff/Guard we're nice 2. Parking and Location is good even though near the public market CONS 1. The water is so dirty!!! We stayed for 3nights and didn't shower there! it was terrible!! Luckily, We have island tours etc. where we can took a bath. Water was much cleaner on Carles/Gigantes Island and Guimaras where we had our island tour considering that the place of this hotel is almost in the city and the places where we visited is just a rural area!! We just use wipes for cleaning our face and body and mineral water for brushing our teeth! Water condition is really bad!! It smells like rusted iron and the water was brown!! 2. We saw a shirtless guy smoking in the corridor which is near our room. 3. On our 2nd night, Someone was knocking at 1:30 in the morning!!! I did not open the door!! the person was knocking for atleast 5mins!! 4. On our 3rd night, Someone tried to knocked again around 1:50AM-2:30AM!! This time, it was much longer like 15-30mins!!! Luckily i was travelling with my partner which is a guy. I woke him up the moment someone pound on our door!! Imagine if you are a solo traveller or a group of female traveller?!! It was such a nightmare and a traumatic experience!!! 5. The windows have no locks!! We checked it when someone was pounding the door. And guess what?!!! Our Window is connected to the room next door!! There is a little balcony, Where a person can climb and enter our room through the window!! (Check photo for reference) Me and my partner did not slept on our 3rd night because we were scared someone might enter through the window!! 6. Toilet flush is weak!! Plus, The toilet itself is clogged!! Our first room was smelly (like a bathroom smell) We requested to change our room. They put us next door which has terrible toilet!! Imagine, staying for a long trip and your toilet is clogged?!!! Plus dirty water?!!!! 7. There is no available frontdesk after 12AM!! We tried to reached them out when someone was pounding our door!! And nobody answered our calls!! We ended up going downstairs to ask the guard ourselves!! (1st screenshot, I ask why is someone knocking on our door. And i messaged them thru text to please answer our call because we were scared!!) (2nd screenshot, I called them 10times and no one answered!!) 8. They did not even tried to reply first thing in the morning!! LIKE WTF?!!! You received 10 missed call and a worrying message from a guest late at night and did not try to apologize/give an explanation ASAP?!!! 9. When we we're at the frontdesk to check out, I told them what happened on 2nd and 3rd night, And the lady at the frontdesk just said (Oo nga po eh. Sinabi po sakin kanina nang guard) (Yes mam, The guard informed me awhile ago) And she was just smiling like it was normal?!!!! I asked to review the CCTV, And guess what again?!!!! The lady said there was No CCTV that night!!!! People, Save yourself from worrying and a disaster vacation!! Much better to book somewhere else even if the price is much higher!!!Guards and Some of the staffs and were nice, BUT MANAGEMENT IS A NO!! PLS, DO BETTER MANAGEMENT!!!
