    The property is located at downtown area wherein you have easy access to restaurants and pasalubong stores like merci and bong bongs. The staff are friendly and the room is clean.

    I booked on Agoda for 2 pax. I picked this hotel for its location in the old city center after my tiring day at work to relax. The room was decent for it's price, however no toiletries provided. No warm water shower and the shower. With WiFi connected but provided no internet access. No phone inside the room, where you can call for assistance, you need to go down for some inquiroes and clarifications.I didn't stayed for a night as I needed to head out for out of town trip. I came back around 9 am and inquire for breakfast however they don't have and i need to go down and look for something to eat. I headed to my room and due to the fact I'm exhausted I contacted a therapist for massage service. When the therapist came in to my room he told me that the staff at the front desk informed that I need to pay 200 for hiring. I was surprised by this, especially given with my travel experience. Most hotels I stayed do not monitor or charge for external visitors coming to my room for a short period, which is why this feels so unusual. I gracefully settled the charges and didn't bother to ask for what was it for since I assume they don't have in-house spa services as well as lack of disclosure during my check in nor is it posted on their booking website or front desk.
