    I like that every floor has appointed staff. The food was very delicious. I was not able to appreciate the view because of another building.

    The first hotel we booked is not what we expected and we are so lucky to have found Iloilo Grand Hotel as they accommodated us so kindly even if it's already 2am when we checked in. All of the stuffs are also super helpful!

    The rude young lady accused me of stealing the hotel towel. I had to get the lady from housekeeping to prove that the towels were picked up during room cleaning earlier.
