I stayed at Seda Iloilo for one night and had a really good experience. What stood out the most was the staff—they were warm, professional, and made me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. The hotel's location is also a big plus since it's centrally located and close to restaurants, shops, and other places around Iloilo. The facilities were good, and while the breakfast was just okay (I was hoping for a bit more variety), it was still decent enough to start the day. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with excellent service and a convenient location, Seda Iloilo is a solid choice.

We booked it on Valentine's Day and I hate it that they prioritize those who are only dining than their overnight guest when it comes to parking. I appreciate the effort of trying to find us the parking but still could have done more. I also wish next time they help us with our luggages. And they are not that hospitable, no greetings, no smiles. The only thing that is good is the clean room and the good breakfast. Their staff in the restaurant are the only ones that wete polite and helpful.
