    The place was excellent .. so calm and clean . The staff were very accommodating and friendly . The pool are was sooo beautiful and relaxing . This is a commendable place to stay

    I, with my mom and sister, stayed for 6 nights. Some comments: - I was with my mom (senior) and sister (pwd), so for the additional person charge, I expected that the senior/pwd discount should apply, however, it does not even though the person is senior/pwd -since we are staying quite long, we needed the wardrobe space — drawers were quite dusty reported it to the frontdesk, also there was a pair of used slippers in the balcony - visitors have to be registered sa frontdesk and have to leave the hotel by 10 pm - they don’t allow massage therapists in the property because they have their own. These massage therapists were referred to us by our friends who are from the area, quite disappointing that the hotel would not even have the consideration to allow us at least just one time. - around 6 am of 22nd February, there was a 10 minute blackout, just so happen, that was the day na we needed to be out early because we have a long day planned - 23rd february - instead of the usual buffet breakfast it was plated breakfast instead as there were only few guests. A bit strict as in you have to stick with the set meal, as I don’t really eat much carbs, I prefer to not have those and just have veg and protein but that also took a bit of “haggling”. the wait staff was apologetic though saying that it’s a “system” thing. - late checkout request was only an additional hour, just expecting a bit of consideration since we stayed for a week Overall, I don’t think it’s value for money. I think there are more hospitable hotels in Iloilo city.
