We are still here at Bernwood Tower and enjoying every moment The location is excellent to SM City Mall and all attractions The Bernwood Tower Condominiums are at the door steps of many Sari Saris and eateries where you can save money Directly opposite our location is a beautiful restuarant that also sells delicious pasteries that will make your mouth water

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The place was clean, well-maintained, and located in a convenient area, making it easy to get around. The price was also very affordable, offering great value for money. The host was very responsive and helpful, promptly answering my questions and ensuring that everything went smoothly throughout my stay. The only downside was the internet connection, which was very slow and unreliable at times. If you're planning to work remotely or stream videos, this may be an issue. Despite the slow Wi-Fi, I would still recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, excellent location, affordable rates, and outstanding hospitality.

I had a wonderful stay at this condo hotel! The owner is incredibly kind, friendly, approachable, and very accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed, including complete cooking appliances and kitchen utensils, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby places and attractions. Everything was exactly as described, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciated the excellent hospitality and attention to detail. If I visit Iloilo again in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and hassle-free stay.
