    Stayed here for 4 nights for Iloilo getaway. Location: downtown, within robinson's mall. Starbucks downstairs, kfc and one SM branch. Approximately 40mins-1hr from the airport depending on the traffic. Room: just enough to stay comfortably. A/C a bit noisy. Toilet was clean, bidet good pressure. Complimentary toothpaste and toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo. Unfortunately, shower doesn't have heater. Staff: very accomodating and courteous. Complimentary water on every floor but be careful for those with low immunity like me. I got hit by tummy bug out of drinking the water. Good value for money.

    Booked a room for 2 adults with 1 large bed as shown in the image and indicated in request but was almost charged for getting a room with 1 large bed. Room indicated during the time of booking was 1 large bed or 2 single beds, so I added a special instruction for 1 large bed. Image also shows 1 large bed as shown in the attached but was almost charged extra by the hotel for getting 1 large bed. They said they just waived the charge when I was about to cancel my booking. Staff doesn’t care if guests feels comfortable or not. Walls and ceiling has stains. water dripping from aircon. plus many more. Will not be coming back.
