Exactly what I needed for a one night stay working away. Lock box check in was convenient (although I did have chase check in instructions on the day, but was swiftly resolved); nice to have private kitchenette in the room. All was clean & tidy. Minor negatives were lack of hanging space in the room (not even a coat hook), no mirror in either the room or bathroom, and in such a spacious room a chair would have been appreciated - nothing to deter me from considering again in the future though and acceptable given the low price.

Creaking floorboards, not much more than a student doss house, one shared bathroom between many rooms. Other guests let extra friends stay so there were 3x the number of people staining than we’re supposed to, and they were up most of the night playing music. Bed was clean and wifi was good, the rest was thumbs down

Arrived at the room at 2pm. Had to wait until 3pm before a code was issued, despite ringing 4 times on mobile number provided - answer phone - and emailing. Did have one phone call back asking for some details and promise of a code but didn’t materialise. Lucky cleaner was on site and let me in and saw a landline number on the notice board and it was only after ringing this number that I was given the code to get in - nightmare!!!
