I come down here a couple times a year to visit with family and I try to stay at a different resort each time I usually come in the off-season to save the money and I've stayed 20 different hotel and resorts and came a lot by the sea is in my top three best resorts ,location is great ,cleaning this is great, it has a connected parking garage ,you don't have to park across the street and walk.

I called ahead. Front desk assured me they would be able to walk me thru the Vacasa app check in etc. Agoda fooled me to that listing not direct to hotel. Desk was tension from cuatomers already in lobby! 1000% untrue customer services. All I got was we don't own that part,here's a 1 800 number to call. After 5 calls at 20 plus minutes per call we finally get to door and pass code numbers did not work. Second try with new number. Nope was another wait again to call before finally getting in. The Vacasa customer service is off their rocker too. Ask the same thing 5 or more times. I've stayed at this hotel over 10 years, never again to any room at this address. Camelot By The Sea 2000 N Ocean Blvd, MB, SC. You lost a good throughout year patron with me and family. I can't put in words how this experience ruined our entire day!
