    Very good breakfast with quality and variety (they even serve a few types of juice and pancakes with fresh cream)! Staff is very friendly. Great location, 3 mins next to a station. Room lacks of table / rack to put my stuff. I stayed in a smaller hotel in tokyo before, so the problem is not the room size, but if there is a flat surface for people to put their belongings, like a table. There's no air conditioning, the day we were there was 28 degree, friendly staff can provide us a fan. Toilet is small, you literally shower right next to the toilet, and the whole toilet floor turn wet after. room is quite dim as well.
