I enjoyed my week at Bagus Jati. Gorgeous garden and super friendly and accommodating staff. Lovely views from the villa. Great location for our dance retreat. My only issue is that the buggies that are used to transport guests around the steep site are a bit noisy during the evening when I was trying to sleep.

My second stay here, this time for our wedding anniversary treat, and it was so well celebrated! Great welcome, including a special bed decoration, and also for our evening meal. We appreciated all the inclusions from the nature and village walk, (wood carver, local house visit and temple celebrations), yoga, mediation, jacuzzi and lounging by the pool. Plus the peace and quiet of waterfall and jungle sounds from our upstairs chalet room veranda. Thank you to all the team that made our two day stay so memorable.

Wanted to stay here for the jungle feel. However, It was raining most of our one night stay there so could not do any outdoor activity. We had the chalet furthest away so had to call the buggy everytime we wanted to go anywhere in the resort because paths were very steep and slippery because of the rain.

Property is so beautiful with lush j7ngle greens. Love the pool and spa. Massage was great. Staff at restaurants are inconsistent. Maybe it's a culture and miscommunication but we have a hard time getting exactly what we ask for. Need to do more deep cleaning so there's less bugs and flies all over food and surfaces. The lobby staffs aren't really alert with their guest services. Very laid back and you almost have to remind them all your schedules and booking. We love the Property beauty but wish the staffs are more trained and attentive. Everything is 10% service charge additional to 11%government tax. Food was delicious but very slow.
