    I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. We booked 3 rooms for a 4-night stay and were deeply disappointed by the atrocious hygiene and completely unhelpful management. After our first night, we specifically requested housekeeping for all three of our rooms (206, 304, and 306). When we returned, we found that the staff had only made the beds and swapped the towels. The rest of the rooms were completely ignored and left in a highly unhygienic state. There was dirt everywhere, and it is clear that basic cleaning standards are simply not followed here. I have uploaded several pictures to show exactly how dirty it was. What makes this experience even worse is the complete lack of customer service. I sent a detailed message with photos to management through the app and was completely ignored. I then went down to the reception in person to explain the situation. The staff gave me a generic "we are sorry" but took absolutely zero action to actually clean the rooms or resolve the problem. If my booking hadn't been non-refundable, we would have checked out immediately after that first night. Save your money and book a hotel that actually cleans its rooms and cares about its guests.

    Really good location and safe (opposite to Police Station). Room size was good and overall stay was great.
