    Overall our stay was good. They have nice breakfast options, although most of the food was same for 5 nights of our stay. Cleaning was satisfying and timely. The location is perfect. It is only 3 minutes from Istiklal street, almost right in the middle. For these things we have no complaints. I would even say that it is a nice place for the price. However, we had a very unpleasant situation, which definitely affected our experience. We booked a nice room, in advance. We even messaged a few weeks prior double checking our reservation. However, they intentionally gave us a room where elevator cannot take you to. The button does not work and they know about it. You need to go a floor higher and walk down by stairs. Still, they gave it to us without notifying, thinking that it is ok. Also, they did not give us the room we booked. When we went to reception asking about it, they never apologised and acted as if we are causing problems. The only option they offered was another same type of room next day. No apologies, no explanation, no acknowledgement. It definitely affected our experience. Will we come or recommend our friends? Doubt that. They should treat customers as they want to be treated themselves.

    I wouldn’t say this hotel is worth the money. The only real positives are the central location and a relatively decent breakfast. The rooms are quite dark and not very inviting. Also, there is a $100 deposit required upon check-in, which was not mentioned anywhere in advance Some details feel inconsistent: for example, the room includes cotton swabs and a shoe brush, but a basic dental kit costs €2 for a toothbrush and a tiny toothpaste, which feels unreasonable for this price level. There is a sauna and a hammam, but they are very small — if there are other guests, it quickly becomes uncomfortable. Overall, I would rate this hotel 3/5.
