    The staff is friendly and attentive, the rooms look fresh, clean and well taken care of. Just keep in mind that you are in the area with clubs and pubs, so despite a good sound isolation you hear the music at night.

    Good location and quiet place, close to the metro/train station, shops and restaurants. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the cleanliness was amazing, the staff were very friendly ,helpful and also very polite , available 24 hours reception service. On the arrival day a lovely young man came up by the taxi door and helped with luggage and did the same when we left the hotel last day! Plenty of restaurants and cafes by next door neighbours . I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and will be happy to book again with you when needed! Many thanks Best regards Qamile

    Hotel panas aircond not function. Bilik panas. Staff ckp tgh buat penyelenggaraan tp 3 hari stay sana bru kami tahu bahawa aircond kena control oleh staff. Bilik bising waktu mlm kerana pub d bawah hotel. Dengan bau asap rokok. Public transport susah nak ekses dri hotel ini. Very not recomended!
