    The hotel was clean and spacious, the location is just 50 meter from one of the biggest SHOPPING STREET IN ISTANBUL. The hotel has a beautiful and green style Tera’s . Also I want to mention that the quality of bed was very good. This area is perfect for someone who want to be in the city center when you discover good food nearby and many kind of stores. Hotel facilities are normal and room service is also available with different kind of dishes. Shout out to the owners they have been very friendly and kind!

    It's spacious and comfortably accommodates 3-4 people. I had a peaceful, comfortable stay and sleep. It's an apartment+hotel style with an elevator and a beautiful restaurant/cafe downstairs. There are plugs in almost every corner, a full-body mirror, a long desk, good wi-fi, big bathroom with good water pressure. There are both heater and air-conditioner. All the rooms are clean, and no next-door neighbors (I mean they have 2 rooms per story with an elevator in the middle to separate the rooms), so it's quiet and private. The location is top-notch. It's on Istiklal Street, so it's safe to walk outside 24/7. There are restaurants, cafes, minimarts, and supermarkets around in a short walking distance. It's very convenient to go to several popular traveling places, as well as easy to get to/from the airport. Highly recommend. I will come back again.

    The apartment is very well located to Istiklal Caddesi. There are a tonne of restaurants and shopping at its doorstep. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable with a lift that services the building making it convenient. The staff upon arrival were not present at the front desk, although it was 1:30pm. After a good 20 minute wait is when we were served. They were flabbergasted that I even had a reservation and insisted that this was not present even though I mentioned that I had made it through Agoda. They finally found it, however, there was no apology made for keeping us waiting nor the confusion on their part. All together the check in process took almost an hour inclusive of wait times. The apartment we were given had a fridge that did not work. This was not attended to despite letting them know that this was the case. Travelling with a 3 year old, a fridge would be handy for us to store milk or food, therefore this was vastly inconvenient. The breakfast served was average, however, despite my reservation stating 2 adults and a child, they did not want to give us 3 breakfast plates saying 2 was all we should get. I certainly paid a little more for the additional child head in our reservation, so I do no understand why this was the case. They eventually complied on the second day of our stay. I definitely think this place has potential and could do way better than they did. The experience they provided us was not optimal, however, I hope they take this on board and improve.
