    The towels were dirty, the bed too, it doesn't look like the pictures at all, is super old, the only thing is that is cheap

    Hi Everyone the hotel is in old building and it situated 5 min to taksim square and it doesn't have a lift and i don't recommend it to old people or people have luggage because their stair is very height to climb them unless if you are boys and the room is clean and had kettle for your night tea and small fridge and the bed is confortable with air conditioning but in the night is too much noise due there night club in corner and opposite the hotel so you will not be confortabe to sleep expecialy in weekend when the music stay loudly until morning other working day the music stay approximately 00:30 or 1:30 am i had stayed in this hotel for 3 times as i allways enter late and doesn’t bothered me the music but my friend does when entered early to sleep ..in overal everything is fine only the bad experience we ecounter is with the new man in reception after our checking out he was not polite with us when we asked him to keep our luggage with him in reception and we come back to it after 3 hour to go to airport but he treat us like we are not guests and he asked us to give him some money to himself to keep it for us so i hope they bring back the previous reception staff as he was always polite and helpful by keeping the guests their luggages now i am going back to Istanbul but in another hotel who keeps luggages for the guests i hope eveyone read my feedback and find it helpful before they decide choose their hotel. many thanks and good luck best regards
