    My worst night in Istanbul. When the deafening music started I was told by reception it will end at 4am ## It went on to 5.30am I tried to cancel the rest of my booking but Agodas Chatbot was useless. I am going to close my account and use Trip.com

    We had a fantastic stay at Ferman Pera Hotel! The hotel was very clean and had excellent facilities. The location was superb, right in the city center and just a minute's walk to the bustling Istiklal pedestrian street. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, responding promptly to every need." Great Value for Money

    The worst hotel ever. The staff is not honest at all. The room was terrible, the AC is switched off intentionally at 3 AM for at least 2 hours. The shower was not working. The TV was not working too.
