    I stayed here for 4 nights, but unfortunately I could barely sleep during my entire stay. My room was on the ground floor, and every morning there was a lot of noise from the cleaning staff and hotel activities. The cleaners started very early and made enough noise to wake guests up, making it difficult to rest properly. Another disappointing experience was during check-out. I was aware that check-out time was 12:00 PM, and I only needed an extra 10–15 minutes. However, from 12:10 PM onward, the staff repeatedly pressured me to leave instead of showing a little flexibility. My airport pickup was scheduled for 12:30 PM, and I had hoped to stay just a short while longer, but they were unwilling to accommodate this request in any way. The location may be convenient, but the lack of soundproofing, the early morning noise, and the unfriendly handling of a minor late check-out request significantly affected my experience. If you are a light sleeper or looking for a quiet and guest-friendly stay, this hotel may not be the best choice.

    Its on a quiet lane in Istanbul, we had a 4 goodnights sleep and started our morning fresh with variety of choices at breakfast! And walking distance to hot-spots in istanbul! Highly recommended if u decide to visit istanbul!

    I usually don't write reviews, but I have to this time because I saw good reviews about this hotel and booked it, but it wasn't worth it. The night we got to the hotel, the air conditioning was out of order, and it was so hot we couldn't sleep all night. It eventually got fixed the next day afternoon. The hotel has no lift, only stairs, which is so inconvenient, and for breakfast, you have to go to another hotel, and surprisingly, they don't have a lift either. Big shout out to Ibrahim and Adham, the staff; they both were really good.
