    Firstly, upon arrival we were told previous guest had not checked out yet and they were unable to access the room as guest was ‘out’ Therefore we were sent to their hotel just around the corner called ‘Stone House’ As we didn’t see our original room we have no idea how this compared. The hot water was intermittent. Staff entered room several times whilst we were out, not to service room, but to unplug chargers and open windows etc. This is after telling us we were relocated because they could not enter rooms with nobody there! Breakfast was good and location were good

    The staff were very professional, kind. and helpful. They can all speak Enish fluently making communication a lot easier. And they delivered excellent customer service. They even helped us arrange for an airport transfer. A very clean hotel. They cleaned and arranged our things in the room and the toiletries are being replenished everyday. The room is spectacular and the location is excellent. No hassle if you want to go to some of Istanbul’s most popular tourist destinations, just 6-7 minutes walk to most of the attractions. Restaurants are everywhere and there is also a mini mart below the hotel if you want to buy varieties of snacks and drinks. I highly recommend this hotel to those who are first timers. The staff will help you and will answer your questions. The breakfast buffet is also very good with a lot of varieties to choose from. This hotel definitely deserves 1000/10 rating. Good value for money and excellent overall experience with everything that the hotel offered. We will definitely check-in here again if we would like to visit Turkiye again 🤗🍾

    Great location and good small hotel to stay,the room was small and had the next rooms washrooms exhaust fan outlet in our room hence the room had a bit of bad smell,the breakfast everyday is the same,but for the budget Great option and Service was good and friendly staff and owner
