    The hotel was located in the middle of the city - easy access to anywhere by tram. But, the room was nothing like they advertise here. Totally different. The staff that greet me - Yahya was unprofessional. Feeling unpleasant with him. But another staff, Emir, he was being helpful. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel as the room is small, the choice of breakfast was super limited, they did not top up food that is finished. The toilet floor is not suitable at all for kids, super slippery. The room was not clean, dust, dirty stain was everywhere on the bed sheet, they did not do a good job on cleaning the room. Better go for another better hotel.

    This is a budget hotel located right in front of a tram stop, so the location is really convenient. For the price, I think it’s good value for money. The staff were nice and could speak English, so communication was easy. There’s also a lift, which is really helpful if you have heavy luggage. The lift is quite small and can probably fit only a couple of bags, but at least it’s there! 😂 If you prefer to take the stairs, the rooms aren’t very high up either, so it’s still manageable. Overall, a decent budget stay with a convenient location and helpful staff.

    Walking distance to most must go sites in sultan Ahmet area in Istanbul. Staff is friendly too

    The location is great, just at Gulhane tram station. However the hotel should provide better amenities - such as cleaner towels, hair and body shampoo, newer kettle. Shower area with proper drainage should help with keeping the floor from becoming wet and slippery, can pose a fall risk. Other than these observations, this hotel is great in terms of it’s location
