    An excellent stay in such a dreamy town. Location is perfect, with the riverside view, a convenience store right across, and an onsen next door. The employees are kind and hospitable; Hiro checked us in and explained everything, from how to wear yukatas, bathing in the onsens, and even recommendations on where to eat. The curated gourmet guide in the lobby (and their website) features restaurant and cafes with wonderful art and vignettes. The hotel itself was renovated quite recently and is exceptionally clean with tastefully modern decor and facilities, including its rooms. We slept so well and woke up to a peaceful view of the town. The private onsen, cold plunge, and sauna was an invigorating start to our day, followed by a relaxing traditional Japanese breakfast right next to the garden. Thank you for the chopsticks (a prize for completing the stamp collection from all the onsens)! We checked out on a rainy day; an employee chased after us to lend umbrellas— the kind of hospitality that keeps you coming back.

    Their staff are always there to help ..to carry our heavy luggage in order to prevent bumps and humps on their interior i guessed.. Hiro san speaks eloquently good English whom may our stay so wonderful..thank you

    We got very warm welcome from mr.Hiro hotel reception explaining all details of hotel facilities, all 5 public baths in town, and demonstrate how to wear a yukata. Hotel itself is located on the main street, nicely renovated and very cozy. Breakfast set is very nice and delicious. Can’t find anything I dislike.
