Nice room and good location with shopping mall and restaurants around ..except the breakfast was not so nice 🙁

U have to pay the onsen separately, 1000 yen.
The bed room design is quite narrow , the room is not spacious.
The breakfast don’t have much choices compare w other Marriot, u cannot get a pan fried egg just omelette.
The reception speak good English. The bed is comfortable. Same as for all Marriot . Bed is always comfy.

The staff we check out was a nice and patient guy. Appreciate the friendly & helpfulness of the staff. Everything good except the toilet has a urine smell on our first day so i wash it with hot water before use. On the third day morning, the blanket smell of sweat even though I bath before sleeping every night meaning regrettably the blanket probably did not change at all. The breakfast was 2100 yen if purchased a day earlier and very few choices. You can buy if you are not chosey about food. The photos are all the available food. The rest is just soup and porridge.
To reach the hotel, you need take train to Kobe station. Then look for an underground escalator that bring you to Habourland. Go down the escalator and walk straight, keep to left (you may need to turn left if you from other entrance, see signboard), then passby mcdonald on the far right side and continue walking you see two escalators. Walk up the right escalator and go up to the level 1 escalator again and go in the first door you see on the right side, via Level 2. That's the hotel.
