    ディナーの時間ギリギリで対応していただいたことは感謝します。ホテルの対応は良かったですが、着ぐるみのイベント団体のマナーが悪く残念でした。 動物の着ぐるみを着た団体がホテルを歩き回っており、子供が泣いてしまったこと、お風呂がその団体で占拠されており、まともに入浴できなかったこと、ブッフェも順番抜かしやその他マナーも不愉快でした。 ホテル側に責任があるわけではないですが、このような団体が大規模なイベントをしているなら行かなかったです。 仕方がないですが、この団体は同性愛が多いそうで風呂場で同性愛の話をしていて、私は男性ですが恐怖を感じて部屋の風呂を使いました。 私が幼少の時に宿泊して思い出深いホテルだっただけにr、息子の初外泊がこのような形になり残念です。 ホテル側としては他のお客様の批判はできないでしょうから返信は結構です。
