We got a smelly room (sweat smell) at first, but thank goodness we managed to change to another room one floor below the first one and it was comfortable and clean. The bed is also comfortable (not too hard not too soft) and it was quite spacious compared with other hotels in Japan. The bathroom was also spacious and sparkly clean. We didn't have the breakfast there, but the location is so-so walkable from Sannomiya sta. and there was many other restaurants around to eat (seems not many cafes for light breakfast though). Anyways, convenient stores and vending machines are many nearby. If you're looking for medicines, you need to look for Famima across the big street, since the nearby Lawson doesn't sell any medicines. (I was going around looking for medicines in the midnight). Overall it was a nice stay and I wouldn't mind to stay there again next time.

This hotel set our standards quite high. The service is excellent. The location is a few minutes away from the station, it had a lot of nearby options for food. They have DAILY ROOM CLEANING. FOR FREE. Do you know how rare that is in Japan? This is the only hotel we have stayed in that had that feature. Their free coffee is even Doutor drip coffee. The room was super spacious, the same size as an AirBnB would have but make it a hotel. The staff were super nice and accomodating, they let us store our luggage before and after check-in, no questions asked. Their luggage storage have passwords you can input yourself. Their lobby is super spacious and could easily sit more than 10 people with plenty of space. We were so sad that they were under renovation when we went back 4 months later. Will definitely book here again next time we're in Kobe. Definitely recommended!

Room super small , queen bed for kids is ok to share but for adults can be squeeze . They queen bed is not queen size as international , more like slightly small abit than queen size . Basically Japan rooms all are small . Price is high . But the breakfast is fantastic . The breakfast is really really great for international people. whole hotel the most attractive is the breakfast , rest nothing much. Location wise still manage .
