    This hotel set our standards quite high. The service is excellent. The location is a few minutes away from the station, it had a lot of nearby options for food. They have DAILY ROOM CLEANING. FOR FREE. Do you know how rare that is in Japan? This is the only hotel we have stayed in that had that feature. Their free coffee is even Doutor drip coffee. The room was super spacious, the same size as an AirBnB would have but make it a hotel. The staff were super nice and accomodating, they let us store our luggage before and after check-in, no questions asked. Their luggage storage have passwords you can input yourself. Their lobby is super spacious and could easily sit more than 10 people with plenty of space. We were so sad that they were under renovation when we went back 4 months later. Will definitely book here again next time we're in Kobe. Definitely recommended!

    The breakfast buffet was truly a highlight of my stay at the hotel! It offered such a wide array of delicious options, far surpassing anything I’ve had at other hotels. Plus, the room and bathroom were spotless. I’m definitely planning to return to this hotel if I ever get another chance to visit Kobe.

    Our trip to Kobe was to visit Himeji Castle and Nunobiki Herbs Garden. The hotel is located near the train station and also walking distance to the herbs garden! The room is comfortable, quite spacious and the front desk staffs were very welcoming and treated us kindly. Luggage storage is possible. They let us in even when we arrived earlier than the check in time. Will definitely recommend this hotel to those who seek a nice accommodation in Kobe ⭐️

    Honestly room very small , a couple with 2 big luggage need take turn to open the lugggae . Toilet is ok size but room too small . The breakfast is really great . The hotel best is their food . But due to the size and budget with room . Too expensive . Location is not super near to train . U want food yes , this hotel . U want good price and size not this hotel
