Like the Downtown area lots of restaurants and places are close by and stuff super friendly.

The place I booked before this one had no electricity and I needed to find something else quick. This was a super cool surprise. Excellent friendly staff. The room was adequate and clean. The large open chill space and big kitchen were cool and I would have probably made more use of them if I was staying more than a couple days.
The STAFF though. Everyone was super nice.
If you don't need something fancy but want something good where you feel safe and the staff takes care of you, this might be the best spot in the city!

Location on the map is easy - close to centre of city and trains, HOWEVER most traveler advise didn't mention the homeless issue in recent years, and this area is notorious. So watch out what you are stepping on every morning... Roomed with some friendly female travellers and one short-term stayer doing English course. In November the temperature at night was at 14°C ish but the heater wasn't on :( We got our own blanket. Plenty of shower in the evening so not much queuing. Checked the kitchen at basement, seemed busy with some older folks and not so hygienic. If you have to stay, just lower the expectations!!!
