    Good hotel, clean and spacious. Restaurant has good food and the pool is good. It is 20 minutes from the city center, but it's okay as there are plenty taxis around.

    Expected 'real' double bed, but got a twin bed. Location is not perfect, but when you used to it (walk+subway/bus+subway) it became less a problem. A garden nearby on the way to L3, very beautiful. Clean room, decent facility. Little bit far away from the stores if you want something late night.

    I asked for a quiet room with a few and got a wonderful peaceful retreat and view. The staff was friendly and always available to be helpful. The breakfast was fantastic with everything you could want including fresh squeezed orange juice, sausages, eggs, pastries and many kinds of fruit. The only drawback which I will mention for all of my hotels on this trip should they have yet to catch up with the true use of smart TVs for the visitor to open their phone and simply cashed there streaming apps to the screen. Since many people use streaming now instead of broadcast TV, this adjustment needs to be made as simply and easily as possible on all the guest TVs so that we don't have to watch our favorite programs on our phone or laptop. But this does not dim the fact that this is a absolutely splendid hotel, more than making up for distance from the center which is quickly covered by the excellent transit, rideshare or taxis.

    During my recent stay at the hotel for four nights, I was disappointed with the quality of breakfast provided. The food was of low quality and failed to meet my expectations. Additionally, the coffee machine in the breakfast area was not functioning properly, which further added to my dissatisfaction. Furthermore, I encountered an issue when I requested a bottle of water from both the front desk and the hotel manager. Unfortunately, my request was completely ignored on three separate occasions. This lack of response and disregard for my needs left me feeling frustrated and neglected as a guest. Overall, my experience at the hotel was marred by these shortcomings. I had hoped for a pleasant stay with satisfactory amenities and attentive service, but unfortunately, my expectations were not met.
