    overall its a nice stay with an excellent room and bed. the location isn’t that strategy, not recommemded if you’re travelling with toddler and kids, there’s no lift at the hotel which makes it quite inconvenient if you get a room on a higher floor. but still, i enjoy staying at this hotel bcs of its cleanliness and comfiness

    Excellent location, but too cramped for a family. The hotel's best feature is its fantastic location, right next to Higashi-Shinjuku metro station. However, our stay as a family of four was very uncomfortable. The room was far too small and cramped for us. Please note that daily cleaning is not part of their policy, though they did provide fresh towels, toiletries, and slippers when needed. Check-in was via a key collection system, which was easy, but I personally prefer having a staff member at a reception desk. In summary: a great, well-connected spot for a couple on a budget, but I would not recommend it for families or groups due to the extremely limited space. We would not stay here again.

    Perfect spot , next to Kombinis, comfort, easy with children, no noise at all, bed were comfy and the room was clean . Arigato Gozaimase

    On the outskirts of shinjuku, have not seen any staff, it’s ok for the price paid. Maybe my mistake but got a room for 4 with bed and sofa bed. Provided futon for sofa bed but is not very comfortable, definitely recommend get two real beds.
