Pretty big for Tokyo. We had enough space, our own kitchen, washing machine etc.
A bit far from the subway + very quiet area, with almost no restaurants open in the evening.

The location was great. Bus stop out the front. 5 minutes walk to train station. The room had everything you need.
There was nothing to sweep or clean the floor. We stayed for a week and that would have been handy. No one at reception (at all).

Friendly staff who were willing to talk to me in poor Japanese or via translator. The room was clean, nicely decorated and warm. Located close to a Family Mart and a 7/11. Only a short walk to any the Tsukiji station. Great spot to relax after a long day exploring Tokyo.
It hard to clean the kitchen bench top due to its embossed pattern. But that is my only issue and its not even that big of a deal.

It was in a good location
The apartment itself was a bit odd, cold air was coming in through the large window next to the bed. The bathroom wasn't the most comfortable, but if you just need a place to stay for the night, it's fine. I wouldn't stay there for very long.
