We spent 2 weeks in the house. The host was very friendly, helpful and always available e.g. for tipps which places to visit on the island. She gave a lot of small presents to our children. The apartment was clean and good for families with children. The village Temisas is very peaceful and quiet. Nevertheless you can reach everything on the island within 1 hour drive (capital city and the northern coast as well as the highest mountains with its viewpoints, local markets and places to hike and even the South with its dunes and very crowded and touristy beaches). The next (beautiful) town (with supermarket) is around 15-20 minutes drive on mountainous roads which are well built and maintained. If you like a peaceful and quiet place to rest with a roof terrace to relax, the house and it’s location is perfect. The internet is fiber and extremely fast so perfect for remote work.

A (rental) car is strongly recommended.

We really liked our stay in the cottage, it has everything what you may need for your holidays and it is a perfect base to explore this beautiful island. We enjoyed coming back to the cottage after the day out of exploring and fun time at the beach with kids. We had an amazing holiday. Thank you very much for your hospitality. We would love to come again.
